revenger Админ. answered 4 years agoOf course, this can be done. In general, you yourself figured out what’s what. The only thing to remember is to connect speakers. If your monitor has built-in speakers, then an HDMI connection (which carries both video and audio) is a much better solution. If, for example, you want to connect via the D-SUB connector, then only the picture will go, the sound will need to be connected through the speakers with a separate cable.
