Ways to find out ID
Tricolor ID is a unique client number that gives access to all functions on the platform. It is needed for identification in the Tricolor system. ID consists of 14 or 12 digits. It must be specified when paying for any Tricolor services and when contacting support.
- In the mobile application Tricolor ID is indicated at the top of the page when opening the menu.
- In the app on the SMART TV, the ID is listed under the Profile menu.
- On the site in the “Profile” section. To do this, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
- You can find the Tricolor ID on the receiver: on a sticker, on a smart card (if any), on the remote control.
Login and registration
To access the services, you need to go through the registration procedure. This can be done on the website or in the app. Let’s talk about the basics of registration, login, password recovery and data confirmation.
How to register?
If you have never used Tricolor services before, then your registration will look like this:
- Enter an available phone number. It is better to enter the one for which the account has not yet been opened. But if you do not have such an opportunity, then you can re-create accounts for the same number.
- Enter the code received from SMS. If you have not received the code, then you have the opportunity to request the code again several times.
The registration procedure is completed, now you are a full user of Tricolor.
Entrance to LC
If you already have an account, and, for example, you want to log into it from another device, then follow these steps:
- Enter the phone number that you entered during registration. There is another option – to enter the Tricolor ID. Several accounts can be linked to your number at the same time, then you will need to specify the one you need.
- Enter the code from the message.
Password recovery
If you forgot your password or you have many accounts and you can’t log in to the right one, then use the password recovery function. For this:
- Go to the official site.
- You will be prompted to sign in to your account. Below the “Login” button there is a “Get/Retrieve Password” button, click on it.
- Enter your ID, last name, first name and patronymic.
You can choose how best to send the code: by message to a phone number or by email. A new password will be sent within 20 minutes. It can be requested no more than 3 times per day.
Data confirmation
Confirmation of registration information is a mandatory item for using Tricolor services. If your account is not verified, you will receive a message about this on your phone number. Alternatively, you may notice this if satellite pay TV channels stop working. There are 3 ways to confirm the data in your personal account:
- Call the hotline. In this way, you can provide your personal information to the operator, thereby confirming the account.
- Confirm the required information on the official website. Enter the “Cabinet”, there click “Data Confirmation”. By clicking on the pencil, you can correct outdated information. When confirming the information, it is necessary to indicate the model of the receiver. Save your changes.
- Fill in the fields of the subscriber section on the site.
Personal account overview
The personal account displays all information about the user and his actions. We have already talked about many tools, but we will repeat the most important ones.In your personal account you can see:
- Channel subscriptions. Their cost and expiration date. The service also makes it possible to renew the subscription, payment is made directly on the site.
- Promotion alert. You can be the first to know about great deals.
- Transferring funds between accounts. If you have many accounts, then for convenience, you can combine your cabinets and distribute funds between them.
One of the useful features is “Auto Pay”. Funds will be automatically withdrawn from the linked card on the day of the month and time of day you choose. Let’s talk more about merging accounts. For the convenience of using and managing all cabinets, you can create a short alias for each Tricolor ID, for example, “House”, “Dacha”, “Parents”. Connection of service packages
Tricolor customers can view one of three main channel packages: “Single”, “Single Ultra” and “Extra”. All of them add up to 15 variations of channels, among which there are children’s, sports, night and universal. The price for them varies from 199 to 2500 rubles per year.
If you wish, you can change the tariff or add other tariffs to it.
The ability to view the package and connect the corresponding service is determined by the starting tariff and cannot be changed in the future. You can find out which service is available to you in your personal account or in the service agreement. To connect any of the tariffs, you need:
- Find it in your personal account by clicking on “Tariffs and Services”.
- Read detailed information about the tariff you are interested in, there you can find out about the necessary equipment.
- Only then pay.
After you receive the equipment, you need to connect it. You can do it yourself or with the help of a wizard. You can activate the preview in this way:
- Turn on one of the channels using the toggle buttons (“+” and “-“) or the number buttons.
- Leave the channel on until the image appears.
When the receiving equipment is connected to the Internet, the image will appear within 10 minutes. When connected via satellite, access will be available no later than 8 hours later.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions display tariffs and channels added to them, they can be from different categories, usually these are paid channels. You can find out about the various channels that can be viewed within Tricolor by clicking on the “Tariffs and Services” button, then select “List of TV channels” there. In your personal account, you can find out information about your subscriptions. For this you need:
- Go to the “Check Subscriptions” tab.
- Here you will see active subscriptions. Some of them may end, but they can be extended.
To purchase new subscriptions, go to the services section. After subscribing to some of them, they will also be displayed in your personal account and controlled.
LC balance
First, let’s talk about what a personal account is. This is a separate balance of the client, where all the money deposited by him is stored. Later, available funds can be used to pay for packages, options and services. Tricolor balance can be understood as two things:
- Availability of free funds on a personal account.
- Active, paid channel packages.
Account replenishment methods
You can replenish the user’s personal account in the Personal Account on the official website or in the My Tricolor mobile application through the Fast Payment System (FPS).
Payment is made online. No transaction fee is charged.
You can replenish your account by scanning a QR code using your phone’s camera or follow the payment link to your bank’s mobile application and confirm the payment.
How to check the balance?
The need to check the balance appears if the payment does not go to a specific package of channels, but the money goes to the general account. In this case:
- Get your password via email or sms.
- Log in to Tricolor’s personal account.
- Check the receipt of funds and transfer them to the desired tariff.
You can get a password only according to the data specified in the contract – full name, e-mail, mobile phone.
To check the fee for active channel packages, that is, the amount of money that goes to pay for the tariff, follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Enter the ID in the verification line.
- If there are active subscriptions, they will be displayed.
About the mobile application “My Tricolor”
The application was created to facilitate the use of the Tricolor platform, it can be downloaded for free on Google Play and the App Store. The mobile app has the following features:
- Pay for a subscription in any convenient place.
- Free service management.
- Communication with customer support.
- Notification of new promotions and offers.
Logging into the app is very easy. You can enter by Tricolor ID, by password or by code. If you choose the latter option, then:
- At the bottom of the login page, select “Login with code”.
- Enter mobile phone number* or Tricolor ID.
- Choose how you want to receive the short code and click Get Code.
- Enter the received code.
