The problem with the x96 prefix. It worked normally for several months, but suddenly it stopped functioning. The power indicator is flickering, but the set-top box is not displaying anything on the screen

Try connecting the set-top box to your TV via a USB port. Here the problem is a power failure and without the intervention of the master there is no other way.
