The USB port on the console is broken (loose). I can’t take it to service yet. I found instructions on how to connect a hard drive not via USB, but via the HDD-IN port. Connected via SATA-USB cable. The drive is connected but does not appear on the TV. I tried to find in the settings how to switch to it, but I could not. Can you please tell me where to do it?

Hello. You need to find the “Source” button on the remote control. After clicking on it, a list of available signal sources will appear. Find your hard drive in the list and select it. After that, you can perform further operations with it from the TV.
