revenger Админ. answered 3 years agoHello. First, on the remote control, hold down the power button and reboot the stick itself. If it is impossible to do it through the remote, then turn off the power from the Mi TV Stick for a couple of seconds, then turn it back on. Then make a WI-FI hotspot on your phone. If Mi TV Stick sees the network hotspot from your phone, then restart the router. If the Mi TV Stick still does not see the network, then reset the stick settings. This can be done through “Device settings” – “Reset” – “Reset to factory data”. If the previous steps still do not solve the problem, contact the service center.
