In your case, the TV is equipped with MV and UHF wave reception, as well as a PAL / SECAM decoder, so there should be no problems with the number and quality of TV channels. For example, if there was a TV set of domestic production of 1-4 generations, then some TV channels could show with ripples or not show at all.
