Bought a google chromecast box missing channels. In this case, the picture and sound are present. I did not use the bailiff itself, I just set up and connected it.

Channels are usually not visible unless a digital tuner has been registered. This can be fixed by simply registering your set-top box on the provider’s website. If it has already been registered, then on the same site you need to pay your tariff.
