Applicable conditions for legal entities persons using satellite Internet Tricolor:

Rates apply to all customers. Legal entities that have entered into a contract with Eutelsat Networks LLC for access to satellite Internet services through a representative of NJSC National Satellite Company.
Rules for writing off the monthly fee. If the subscriber connects to the tariff plan not on the first day of the calendar month, the client fee will be calculated based on the number of days from the end of the month in which the connection was established.
The speed may be lower. The maximum data transfer/reception speed indicated in the tariffs is not guaranteed. The actual speed available to the customer depends on:

- natural conditions for the propagation of radio waves;

In the client’s personal account there is an “Auto-renewal” function. If there are enough funds on the client’s personal account to fully charge the subscription fee and this option is active, the money for the connected package will be automatically debited at the end of the calendar month. If there is not enough money, after the client replenishes the personal account balance, the monthly fee will also be charged, and before that, subscribers can access the Internet at a speed of 64 kbps, free of charge.

Unlimited plans

Tricolor has several unlimited tariff plans. They differ in available speed and cost:

“Unlimited Internet 20”. The service provides general access to the Internet at speeds up to 20 Mbps on the direct channel and up to 5 Mbps on the reverse channel, without traffic restrictions. The subscription fee for connection is 3990 rubles per month (including VAT). When the used Internet traffic reaches 25 GB per month, depending on the channel load and incoming / outgoing traffic, the maximum speed of connection to the Tricolor satellite Internet service will be automatically and gradually limited. Maximum – up to 1 Mbps.
“Unlimited Internet 10”. The service provides general access to the Internet via a satellite communication channel with a maximum speed of 10 Mbps for the direct channel and 5 Mbps for the reverse channel, without traffic limits.
