revenger Админ. answered 4 years agoThe “no signal” message is the most common message among satellite TV users. Indeed, this can only occur when the weather conditions deteriorate. However, the main reason lies in:
- Incorrectly installed satellite dish
- Insufficient diameter of a satellite dish for your operator (for example, MTS advises installing antennas with a diameter of 0.9 meters, which is incredibly small! As a rule, a diameter of 1.5 meters is required.
- Obstacle in the form of branches and leaves of trees, as well as walls of the house or electrical wires. The following problem may also arise: when the weather is good, the signal is excellent, and when it is cloudy or light rain, squares run across the screen.
Thus, the problem is solved by reinstalling the antenna in a different place where nothing will interfere with it.
