1. Turn off the antenna cable.
2. Reboot the STB. As soon as it turns on, you need to make sure that the remote control works.
3. Reset the prefix to factory settings.
4. Turn on automatic channel search, and then connect the antenna cable.
If these manipulations did not solve your problem, then the set-top box must be taken to the service center.
