revenger Админ. answered 4 years agoThe problem lies in the signal. Check if your TV supports the DVB-T2 standard, if you have connected and configured the cable system correctly. Check the integrity of the wire and if it is securely connected to the TV. Manual tuning is recommended, it will help you find better signal channels, but it will take a little longer. If you need to manually tune the TV, then you must follow the following instructions:
- In the menu “technical configuration” select “TV channel setting”.
- In the sub-item “TV channels setting” select “manual tuning”.
- You can turn on the search using the volume control button; each found TV channel must be saved separately.
