I bought a Google Chromecast set-top box, there are no channels. At the same time, the picture and sound are present. I didn’t use the bailiff myself, I just set it up and connected it.

Normally channels are not visible unless a digital tuner has been registered. This can be fixed by simply registering your set-top box on the provider’s website. If it has already been registered, then on the same site you need to pay your tariff.
