How to choose a children’s IPTV playlist?

First of all, you need to pay attention not to the number of channels that are added to the children’s playlist, but to their quality. Don’t take the first playlist you come across. Carefully review all the sources that are included in it. Of course, some channels can be deleted after downloading the playlist if you don’t like them or just raise doubts, but it is much easier to remove a couple of sources from the list than a few dozen.

Updating children’s playlists

It is easier to deal with self-updating IPTV playlists, since no unnecessary actions are required from the parent, the update will occur every time after the IPTV application is closed and launched, but there is also nothing complicated in working with those playlists that need to be updated manually. Manual update is as follows:

1. Go to “All Settings” by first clicking on the wheel.
2. Select the update button “Channel list address” and then “Update and overwrite settings for all sources”. Wait until the end of the update, do not press anything to the end.

To avoid unnecessary load on TB, auto-update can be disabled and activated only when needed. For example, once a week.

Parental control on IPTV

Not all channels broadcasting cartoons and children’s films guarantee the absence of any negative factors in their content. Parental Control is a program that protects your child from the negative influence of TB or the Internet. This application makes sure that the child watches only what corresponds to the access level set for him:

• 6 years. Only channels marked as “children” are available.
• 12 years. Channels with cartoons and films intended for children are available. In addition, it is possible to upload channels with a PR12 rating to the IPTV playlist.
• 14 years old. All sources are available, except for erotic and those where elements of cruelty are broadcast.
• 16 years. Access to all channels is open, except for those with erotic content.
• 99 years old. You can watch absolutely any content.

To remove age restrictions when watching TV, you need to enter the code in the settings of the player you are using. If the child is already quite large, it is better to change the standard code (usually 1234) to the original one.

Errors when viewing a playlist

Probable errors when watching cartoons include failures in the Internet connection or problems with broken channels in the playlist. First of all, it is worth checking if your player supports m3u format (VLC application is usually used). It is easy to set up and operate. It is also worth checking the playlist with a special checker (in case 1 or more channels are not working). The program will show the faulty sources and you can remove or replace them.
